Public Registers
Under the Waste and Contaminated Land (Northern Ireland) Order 1997, NIEA are required to maintain a public register containing certain prescribed particulars relating to waste management activities. NIEA is committed to conducting its business in as open and transparent a manner as possible and the maintenance of public registers assists in this.
