Schools Education Programme

Open the door to our outdoor classrooms.

Visit one of our outdoor classrooms where the natural and built environments come alive! We can offer an exciting way to cover the Northern Ireland curriculum through enjoyable and interactive learning. Being able to stand on the spot where a historic event took place or experiencing ecosystems at first hand using touch and smell. Our facilities offer the most memorable kind of learning. Your class can benefit from the experience of one of our specialist educators or alternatively you may wish to use one of our sites to deliver your own education programme. As well as covering the N.I. curriculum, our visitors can also learn about Education for Sustainable Development in an imaginative and fun-filled way.

To find out more about what is available at our Country Parks and Historic Monuments look within 'Places to Visit'. To find out what educational material we have available look through 'Education Resources'.
