The Queen’s University Environmental Science and Technology Research Centre (QUESTOR)Opens in new window. is also supported by NIEA and provides environmental research with an emphasis on technology transfer and commercialisation.

NIEA works with the United Kingdom Technical Advisory Group on the Water Framework Directive to deliver relevant research and a database on research projectsOpens in new window. has been developed.

We are members of the Environment Research Funders’ Forum (ERFF)Opens in new window. that aims to maximise the effectiveness of funding for UK environmental science.
