All forms submitted for Northern Ireland installations must show our NIEA logo.

Our NIEA forms must be used for any relevant communication with us and should be submitted electronically, while electronic versions of the forms are preferred, if you do not have access to email, please post your completed form to us at:

The Emissions Trading System (ETS) Regulations prescribe that a fee is payable at the time of submission for many of the activities to which the forms relate. details of the fees can be found on the relevant application form.
