You may use the digital data downloaded from this website subject to the following terms and conditions. Title, copyright and all other proprietary rights in the digital data remain vested in Northern Ireland Environment Agency and Land & Property Services (LPS)/Ordnance Survey of Northern Ireland (OSNI). Northern Ireland Environment Agency does not guarantee that the digital data is free of minor errors not materially affecting performance.

You accept the digital data as delivered. Northern Ireland Environment Agency does not guarantee that the digital data will be suitable for use with any GIS or any other computer software.

You are authorised to download Northern Ireland Environment Agency digital datasets from these pages, for personal use and internal use within an organisation. This is subject to the material being reproduced accurately and not used in a misleading context. However, you are not allowed to sell this digital data to a third party.  If you print a map containing some of this digital data, the following statement should appear on the map:

Datasets

The following datasets are available for download. They are available as Irish National Grid or British National Grid. There is information about the attributes contained in each dataset in the text file that is also included in each zip file. Some of the datasets have links to more information on that site on NIEA's website.
